Indirect solar water heater system consists of a hot water storage cylinder, solar evacuated tube collector, pump station and expansion vessel. It is suitable for Europe countries where winter temperature is below zero. Especially anti freeze for some extreamly cold places . The solar boiler capacity is from 150liter to1000liter.

Solar heat pipe collectors are separated with water tank, system works by pump circulation.
Equipped with intelligent solar controller, reliable operation, supplies constant hot water temperature.
Water tank put inside house, avoid rust and last long lifetime.
Solar collector can be installed on the balcony, wall, and rooftop.
High efficiency of heat pipe solar collector and no leakage if vacuum tube damaged.
Indirect solar water heater working principle:
Adopt the temperature difference circulation, controller operates whole solar water heater system automatically.
1. Pump will start circulation when temperature difference between solar collector and water tank reaches the set value.
2. Pump will stop circulation once the temperature difference lower than set value.
3. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically
4. The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to the water tank by a coil heat exchanger.
5. The solar thermal panel will collect energy from sunlight to heat water; there is electric heating element inside water tank, for backup in cloudy or rainy days.
The indirect solar hot water tank has 2 coils heat exchanger, not only supply hot water for family, also it could work with floor heating, radiator heating or swimming pool heating.
The vacuum tube solar collector consists of solar evacuated tubes. It is higher efficiency and lower heat loss than flat plate solar collectors when used in extremely cold winter.
The Solar collector tube has a copper heat pipe and aluminum fin inside. The heat pipe condensers transfer heat to the solar collector manifold very fast. If any glass vacuum tube damage will not influence whole system working.
Solar collector could be installed on the balcony, wall, and both pitched and flat rooftop.
